My career started in door-to-door solar sales — the hardest version of selling there is. I was the #1 SDR across 15 markets. From there I moved into SDR leadership and built sales development organizations from the ground up, multiple times over.

I've scaled SDR teams from zero to 37+ reps, designed compensation structures across five market segments, and rebuilt teams six times through promoting high performers into closing and leadership roles. Of the 40+ SDRs I've hired, 13 were developed into account executives and 7 moved into leadership positions.
